This Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the user ("You") and Awared, SLU ("Company", "We", "Us").
By uploading images or creating AI-generated content within the Ai Girl: Chat with Girlfriend platform ("Service"), you acknowledge, agree and legally confirm the following:
You confirm that you own or have full legal rights, permission, and authority to use any images you upload to the Service.
You grant the Company permission to process, transform, and generate derivative digital characters, including animated and stylized representations of the uploaded image.
You explicitly authorize the creation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) variations based on the uploaded material.
You understand that NSFW content involving real individuals without consent may be illegal in many jurisdictions.
You acknowledge and confirm responsibility for ensuring that no real person is depicted sexually without their explicit written consent.
You accept full legal liability for any likeness-based content or NSFW material generated using the Service.
You agree not to upload photos of real persons, celebrities, minors, or third parties without permissions.
Any legal claims resulting from unauthorized likeness use are your responsibility exclusively.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Awared, SLU from any and all claims related to:
unauthorized use of real likenesses or personal identities,
NSFW generation involving third-party images,
copyright or privacy rights infringements.
In the event of a complaint or legal claim, you must provide valid evidence confirming consent and likeness rights.
Failure to do so may result in content removal and account suspension.
The Company reserves the right to remove, restrict or disable content if we suspect violation of likeness, privacy, or NSFW policies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Andorra. Legal disputes shall follow relevant jurisdictional rules.
By continuing and uploading images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Consent Agreement.
