AI Girl is an 18+ service. This page explains how we keep minors out of the Service and out of its content.
Users must be 18 or older
- During signup you must declare your age; accounts declaring an age under 18 are not created.
- By using the Service you represent and warrant in the Terms of Use that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
- If our moderation signals or reports indicate that a user may be a minor, we may demand proof of age and suspend the account until it is provided. If we learn a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete its data.
Access to sexually explicit features may additionally be subject to the age-assurance requirements of your country; where such rules apply, we may require a stronger age check before enabling those features or restrict them in your region.
Depicted persons must be adults
- Automated text analysis blocks attempts to create characters described as minors (including indirect signals such as "teen", "schoolgirl", explicit ages under 18, and known obfuscations).
- Uploaded photos are automatically screened, and generated media is classified before being shown.
- Any sexual or suggestive content depicting a person under 18 — real or AI-generated — is prohibited with zero tolerance: content removal, account termination, and reporting to NCMEC/law enforcement as required by law.
Identity ("this is me") verification
For photo-based characters we offer, and may require, a liveness selfie check: you take a short selfie video that is automatically checked for liveness and compared against your uploaded reference photos (processed by Amazon Rekognition; see the Privacy Policy, Sections 4 and 6). Verification confirms that the reference photos depict you.
