These Guidelines summarize what may and may not be created or uploaded on AI Girl. They form part of our Terms of Use (Sections 5–8), which control in case of conflict. All content on AI Girl is AI-generated synthetic media; characters are fictional.
Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance
- Anyone under 18. No sexual, suggestive, or romantic content depicting or describing a person under 18 — real, fictional, AI-generated, "aged-up", or of ambiguous age. No uploads of photos of minors for any purpose. Violations lead to immediate account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to NCMEC and/or law enforcement.
- Real people without consent. No characters or content based on an identifiable real person — including celebrities, public figures, colleagues, ex-partners — without that person's explicit consent. Upload only photos of yourself or of a consenting adult (see the photo rules below).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery. No intimate or sexual imagery of an identifiable person created or shared without their consent. Reported NCII is removed within 48 hours.
Also prohibited
- Depictions of non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, incest, or bestiality.
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or criminal activity.
- Hate speech, slurs, or harassment targeting any group or individual.
- Presenting AI-generated content as authentic photos or videos of a real person, impersonation, or deception.
- Non-human subjects as characters (animals, creatures, robots): characters must be adult humans.
- Any content illegal where you are, where we operate, or where a depicted person lives.
Photo upload rules
When creating a character from photos you must confirm that:
- Every person depicted is a real adult (18+), or no real person is depicted.
- The photo is of you, or the depicted adult gave you explicit consent — which you can prove in writing — to use their photo for AI-generated content on this Service, including adult content if you enable it.
- You hold the rights to the photo itself.
We offer (and may require) a selfie liveness verification to confirm "this is me". Unverified references may be restricted.
Enforcement
We use automated text and image analysis plus human review — at upload, at character creation, and after generation. Consequences scale with severity: content removal, feature restriction, coin forfeiture, suspension, or immediate termination (always immediate for the zero-tolerance categories). We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.
Reporting and appeals
Report any content via the in-app report button on a character profile or on the Report an Issue page. Appeals of moderation decisions: support@theaigirl.ai within 30 days.
