Report an Issue

Use this page to report content or behavior that violates our Terms of Use or Content Guidelines, or that affects your rights. Reports are reviewed by humans. You do not need an account to report.

How to report

  • In the app: open the character's profile → Report. Describe the issue; add your email if you want a reply.
  • By email: support@theaigirl.ai. Include links or screenshots identifying the content, a description of the violation, and your contact details.

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — removed within 48 hours

If intimate or sexual imagery of you (including AI-generated imagery) appears on the Service without your consent, report it by either channel above. A valid NCII report includes:

  1. Identification of the content (link, character, or screenshot);
  2. A good-faith statement that you are the depicted person (or are authorized to act on their behalf) and that you did not consent to the content;
  3. Your contact information and physical or electronic signature.

We remove reported NCII, and identical copies of it, within 48 hours of a valid report, and take reasonable steps to prevent re-upload. This process follows the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act and analogous laws.

Likeness complaints

If a character or content is based on your likeness without your consent (even if not intimate), report it the same way. We restrict the content upon complaint and require the uploader to produce written evidence of your consent within 72 hours; absent satisfactory evidence, the content is permanently removed. The burden of proof is on the uploader.

Content involving minors

Report immediately via either channel. Such reports are prioritized above all others; confirmed content is removed, the account terminated, and the matter reported to NCMEC and/or law enforcement as required by law.

Send copyright notices to info@onlyai.ltd (subject line: "DMCA notice"). A notice must include the elements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of the work and the infringing material, your contact information, good-faith and accuracy statements, and your signature. Counter-notifications are accepted at the same address; we terminate repeat infringers.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data (including uploaded photos and derived facial data), see the Privacy Policy, Section 8, or email info@onlyai.ltd.

What happens next

We acknowledge reports, act within the timelines above (NCII: 48 hours; likeness: restriction on receipt; minors: immediate priority), and inform you of the outcome where you provided contact details. Appeals: support@theaigirl.ai within 30 days of our decision.
